Your role and responsibilities

A unique opportunity has arisen to join our London Vet Specialists team in Belsize Park as a Client Relationships Manager.

As a Client Relationships Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive a professional and specialist service throughout their time with us.

The candidate needs to be confident, committed and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills. The ability to prioritise and multi-task is vital, as well as the ability to work within a small team and independently using initiative. Previous experience in a high-end customer service position is essential for this specialist role.

The role is full-time at 42 hours per week plus one Bank Holiday per year.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to ensure effective customer service
  • Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile
  • Booking appointments & diary management
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries
  • Taking payment for services and products
  • Managing cash, stock and debts
  • Opening and closing the practice
  • Liaising with clinicians to facilitate emergency appointments
  • Understand and implement the principles for a referral centre
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians
  • Responsible for ensuring the reception area is clean and organised, creating a relaxing environment
