Established for over 70 years, we offer primary care services for small animals within Surrey. We take pride in providing the highest standards of veterinary care and quality of service. Our 24-hour guaranteed levels of emergency, routine care and staff expertise enable us to make sure the quality of care is always to the highest standard to take of its patients.

We have a fantastic team of Vets, Nurses and Practice Support Associates working in collaboration to drive excellent clinical standards and practice growth. 


Your role and responsibilities 

Due to growth and subsequent internal promotion, we are looking for a Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our phenomenal nursing team.

This role is key to the business's ability to provide a high level of clinical standards and you will work alongside the Clinical Nursing Manager to lead the nursing team to drive high standards of nursing and patient care.

The nursing team is very experienced and we require a confident and ambitious RVN to empower and lead this skilled team.  Working enthusiastically with your team you will help maintain a happy, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice policies and group policies are adhered to at all times whilst providing outstanding patient and client care. 

This is a full-time, permanent role and we are looking for someone to be a pivotal part of the nursing leadership team working in collaboration to drive our practice forwards. There is no out of hours (OOH) as this provided by an OOH provider.
