We are a new state-of-the-art, multi-disciplinary referral small animal practice, based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. With our practice being RCVS accredited as a Small Animal Veterinary Hospital level, it allows us to provide outstanding levels of care to our patients with a kind and compassionate approach. Our Paragon team is committed to highest quality of care and the excellence of service assuring patients get the best possible treatment.
Your role and responsibilities
A night RVN position has opened at Paragon Veterinary Referrals, Paragon Park, Wakefield.
Working 7 nights on and 7 nights off
Working hours are 8 pm to 8.15 am.
This opportunity would suit a dedicated and compassionate individual who wishes to provide a high standard of nursing care.
Key duties will include:
- Nursing critical & intensive patients
- Administering medications and carrying out treatments including drain management, physiotherapy and feeding tubes
- Working as part of a dedicated night team
- Infection Control.
Previous experience of nursing within a referral practice is not essential.
- Earning potential with night supplement £29,000-£32,000 per annum dependent on experience.
