Eastcott Veterinary Referrals is an innovative, tier 3 multi-disciplinary referral and primary care hospital located just off the M4 in Swindon, Wiltshire. We are a gold standard cat-friendly practice, passionate about providing exceptional patient care. We see cases from a variety of disciplines including orthopaedics, soft tissue, neurology, dentistry, ophthalmology, diagnostic imaging, ECC and primary care.
Your role and responsibilities
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and established referral ophthalmology team. This position will expose you to a wide range of interesting cases, allowing development of your nursing skills and knowledge, working alongside a team of nurses, residents, specialists and technician.
The role is full-time, with 1 in 8 working weekends and 1 bank holiday a year. You will get 5 weeks' holiday and your birthday off each year. We also encourage and support all our referral nurses to complete an advanced nursing certificate.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 x 10 hour days
