Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a fabulous Patient Care Assistant (PCA) who shares our values and wants to join our Sandhole family. If you share the passion for incredible standards of care with a gentle, kind and empathetic nature we want to hear from you!

Our PCAs are highly valued members of the team that support our nurses and vets to give all the extra special care and time our patients and clients need.  Working enthusiastically within the team you will help maintain a happy, efficient and effective working environment. 

Patient Care Assistants undertake a variety of duties such as maintaining infection control, keeping the practice clean and tidy, patient-friendly handling, preparing accommodation, walking/feeding/grooming our hospitalised patients and providing animals within our care the TLC they deserve.

Previous veterinary experience is welcomed but not essential as full training will be provided
