West Midlands Veterinary Referrals is a veterinary practice based in Burton on Trent that only does referral veterinary work, not general practice. We work in support of colleagues in general practice, taking cases that can’t be managed at their general practice. We welcome a very wide range of cases in orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, spinal surgery, and medicine.
At Burton on Trent, we have a purpose-built suite to provide comprehensive surgical treatment, advanced imaging, patient monitoring and the diligent aftercare that many referral cases require.
Your role and responsibilities
To be successful in this role you need a minimum of 1 years experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in Small Animal practice and will have a high level of nursing skills and be able to manage your workload effectively.
Working days would consist of the following; - 3 days a week; Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (19.5hrs)
Hours will be x1 10-5, x1 11-6 & x1 12-7 - 7hrs shifts with 30min lunch break = 6.5hr day shifts
