Your role and responsibilities

Village Vet is seeking a client-focused Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their team at Primrose Hill to help deliver an exceptionally high level of client and patient care.

The clinic is located in a prestigious area of London and is modern and well presented, as well as being well equipped.

The team consists of 1 Vet, 2 RVNs and a Student Veterinary nurse (SVN). Although we have a dedicated Client Care team, this role would suit an RVN who loves working with people as much as they love working with pets as our team take great pride in building very strong client relationships.

Primrose Hill is predominately our consulting clinic, however, we have just renovated the basement to create a prep room and theatre to allow for procedures and surgeries to be carried out.

The duties include supporting the Vets during consultations, as well as all aspects of surgical nursing, assisting with procedures and imaging, monitoring anaesthetics and carrying out all associated peri-operative care. Our nurses also run their own clinics, so experience in consulting or a desire to do so would be advantageous.

You would be joining a close-knit, welcoming team who really support each other, enjoy working together and have a tradition of take-away team lunch every Friday!

We are committed to training the next generation of RVNs, so Clinical Coach training would be provided and encouraged, if you have no prior coaching experience.

Extensive opportunities for your own learning and professional development are also provided and heavily supported.
