Kentdale is a specialist-led referral centre treating a wide range of surgical patients, our purpose-built veterinary Hospital is located on the edge of the beautiful Lake District in Milnthorpe, Cumbria. 

We are now seeking a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse to work within our highly skilled, dedicated and welcoming nursing family.


Your role and responsibilities

As a Veterinary Nurse, the successful candidate will deliver gold standard veterinary care to our patients. Previous Referral hospital experience is desirable but not essential as we will provide support and training.

 Main duties will include:

  • Specialist ward nursing of Orthopaedic, Neurological and Soft Tissue patients
  • Monitoring anaesthesia, including advanced techniques
  • Working in conjunction with our Specialists and Physiotherapist providing gold standard care to our patients

Hours: Typical hours would be Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am and 8:30 pm, with 1 in 8 weekends, no on-call.

This is a full-time role, although part-time hours will also be considered.
