Village Vet Potters Bar islocated on the outskirts of Potters Bar, with easy access to the M25 or rail links to Central London. This is a well-established, modern practice with an excellent team of vets and nurses. We are proud to be members of the ISFM (International Society of Feline Medicine) and hold Silver Level accreditation as a cat-friendly clinic. We offer separate dog and cat areas, full surgical and diagnostic facilities including endoscopy and ultrasound, and lab which are supported by our St Albans Hospital Out of Hours.


Your role and responsibilities

If you are looking to be part of a growing team and take your nursing career further, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse RVN (Vet nurse) to join our team and develop in their area of interest, be that ECC, medical or surgical nursing, as we have a highly stimulating and rewarding caseload.

In this role you will be a key member of the nursing team, working effectively with the Lead Nurse & Head Clinician. Our nurses are highly valued and able to utilize their skills in a variety of settings from managing the patient journey, to diagnostics, anaesthesia or surgery, and nurse consultations.

Hours: 42hrs/week - Monday to Friday, 1: 4 Saturdays, 1: 9 Sundays, 2 x Bank holidays/year, a share of the alternative Out of Hours Rota (EIN)
