We accept referrals in Anaesthesia, Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Emergency and Critical Care, Internal Medicine Neurology and Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Physiotherapy and Soft Tissue Surgery.

We have comprehensive and established clinical and non-clinical programmes for training, development and CPD.

Your role and responsibilities

DWR are looking for an organised and self-motivated admin assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Client Care Team. The role will include working closely with our admin / reception team taking on general admin tasks.

In order to be successful in this position you should be computer literate, professional and used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing clinical files for the following day’s appointments
  • Scanning clinician files and documents into clients’ electronic accounts in the practice management system
  • Ordering stationary/refreshment supplies
  • Maintain effective and professional colleague relationships
  • Ensure all the correct paperwork/ documentation for the client is ready and available.
