Your role and responsibilities
DWR are looking for an organised and self-motivated admin assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Client Care Team. The role will include working closely with our admin / reception team taking on general admin tasks.
In order to be successful in this position you should be computer literate, professional and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Preparing clinical files for the following day’s appointments
- Scanning clinician files and documents into clients’ electronic accounts in the practice management system
- Ordering stationary/refreshment supplies
- Maintain effective and professional colleague relationships
- Ensure all the correct paperwork/ documentation for the client is ready and available.
