We are a group of small animal primary care practices based in northwest London, who have been established within the local area for over 40 years. When clients bring their animals into our practice, we aim to make sure our services are up to the highest standard to make it as pleasant as possible for their pets. We pride ourselves on our experience, expertise and the continuous care that we provide for all our patients.
Your role and responsibilities
This role is responsible for delivering Clinical Care to the practices patients and client care to their owners. This includes making all interactions with clients fully focused on delivering value, exceptional service and bringing warmth to the clients.
You will be working in multi vet sites but must be capable of sole charge consulting (and sole charge operating if required though there will normally be other Vets operating at the same time)
Two of your colleagues hold Certificates in Medicine and others are working towards Cardiology, Dentistry and Feline Medicine.
The practices are 100% small animal, 8 Vets, 5 Registered Nurses - high-end first opinion practice with a large proportion of insured clients.
(Hatch End and Bushey) have digital x-rays, dental x-rays, ultrasound machines with colour flow doppler.
Onsite parking available.
- 1:6 Weekends with time of in lieu (TOIL) for 1 day and other day paid
- No out of hours (OOH)
- 25 days of holiday pro rata plus bank holidays.
