Client and Pet Care Advisor (Quinton Branch)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client and Pet Care Advisor to join the friendly team at Black Vets.

Our Client and Pet Care Advisors are the face of the business and first port-of-call for our clients, so ‘friendly professionalism’ is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Promptly responding to calls and emails

• General veterinary administration, including appointments and insurance

• Payment handling, debt chasing, and end-of-day banking

• Guiding pet owners through their sometimes complicated and emotionally challenging pet journeys

• Competent medication handling and dispensing

• General housekeeping and practice maintenance

Requirements:

• Positive, proactive attitude

• Computer literacy

Experience:

• Veterinary industry experience is not crucial, but helpful

• Customer-facing experience is also beneficial

Salary and package:

• Annual Salary of £24,043.50

• Permanent

• 37.5 hours weekly

• 5 days per week, working a variety of hours between 8am and 8pm
