An opportunity has arisen to join our team at our Hampstead Hospital as a Client Care Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive a professional five-star service throughout their time with us.

This role is fast-paced, high pressured but fun, with no working day the same.

We pride ourselves on providing the best standard of care to both our long-standing and new clients, always ensuring we are personal, professional, and empathetic.

Our front-of-house teams are the face and voice of our business therefore, this role is extremely valued within the hospital team.

What we are looking for?

The candidate needs to be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills. Including:

• Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service

• Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business

• Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan

• Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile

• Booking appointments and diary management

• Managing telephone and email enquiries

• Taking payment for services and products

• Managing cash, stock and client accounts

• Opening and closing the practice.

Hampstead hospital is based in North London, a short walk from Belsize Park Tube and local amenities. The hospital is well equipped over 4 floors where we have everything you would expect, including full diagnostic facilities, an on-site laboratory, a dedicated Intensive care unit (ICU), separate cat/dog wards, and a full theatre suite. Our 24hr facilities ensure continuity of care for our patients and provide a highly stimulating and rewarding caseload.
