Job Title: Client Care Assistant

Location:  Alder Vets

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8 hours shifts. 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

We are looking for a Client Care Assistant to join our friendly reception team. You will be responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive professional service throughout their time with us. This role is fast-paced, high pressured but fun, with no working day the same. We pride ourselves on providing the best standard of care to both our long-standing and new clients, always ensuring we are personal, professional, and empathetic.

Our front-of-house teams are the face and voice of our business therefore this role is extremely valued within the hospital team. The candidate needs to be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organizational skills. This role is fast-paced, friendly, and fun with no working day the same.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service

  • Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business

  • Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan

  • Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile

  • Booking appointments & diary management

  • Managing telephone and email inquiries

  • Taking payment for services and products

  • Managing cash, stock and client accounts

  • Opening and closing the practice.
