Client Care Assistant (Veterinary Receptionist)

Salary: £26,353 per annum

Location: Village Vet, Winchmore Hill

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 42 hours per week.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, Shifts ranging from 8:00-16:30, 10:00-18:30 and 12:00-20:30. Includes Saturday and Sunday working.

An opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Client Care team here at Village Vet Winchmore Hill.

You will be working alongside our clinical team and responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive a professional five-star service throughout their time with us.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • ​​Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service

  • Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business

  • Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan

  • Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile

  • Booking appointments and diary management

  • Managing telephone and email enquiries

  • Taking payment for services and products

  • Managing cash, stock and client accounts

  • Opening and closing the practice

  • confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills.

Our front-of-house teams are the face and voice of our business therefore, this role is extremely valued within the hospital team.

We are looking for somebody who is confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills. This role is fast-paced, friendly and fun with no working day the same.
