Job Title: Receptionist
Salary: £11.56 PHR
Location: Eastbourne
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time- rota has not been finalised but will included evenings until 7.30pm and some weekend cover (Flexibility needed for covering sickness and leave. This may include weekends)
About us
For over 70 years, we have been Eastbourne's largest veterinary practice. We are RCVS accredited, and our long-standing team are very passionate about our patient's care.
Continuity is something our clients appreciate, along with a quality service. We have separate dog, cat, rabbit, and isolation wards as well as having a partnership with Vets
Now, who run an out of hours emergency service from our main surgery.
Your role and responsibilities
The role of receptionist is extremely important as your appearance and manner create the first impression to our practice. Clients and visitors should be welcomed in a warm, friendly, courteous and professional manner. To join our amazing team we are looking for a friendly, efficient individual with excellent telephone manners and people skills.This is not a standard reception role. It will be varied and interesting but can be emotionally and physically demanding. We are often dealing with upsetting and stressful situations. A proactive approach is required and relevant experience working with the public
