Salary: £26,000 per annum
Location: Cromwell Vets, Huntingdon
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 Hours per week.
Are you ready to take on a key role in supporting the Client Care Manager and Front of House team?
Cromwell Vets has an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Team Leader to join our fantastic team!
This role provides you with the chance to lead by example and boost the morale of your colleagues.
It is ideal for those who wish to make a meaningful impact in a workplace that values their skills and contributions.
Your role and responsibilities
Continually monitor and respond to client feedback, action any suggestions to improve our service
Define, develop, implement, and communicate our client service standard and policies and procedures to ensure optimum service is always given
Demonstrate positive leadership by always leading by example, motivate and boost employee morale
Execute good telephone techniques, keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients
Build relationships with the clients, demonstrate empathy, and facilitate in delivering an excellent level of service at every touchpoint
Be a presence within reception, led by example by engaging with clients and their pets
Ensure that all other staff members follow your lead in building relationships with clients
Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with swiftly, efficiently and by the appropriate person.
Enforce housekeeping rules, including how the reception team present themselves to customers.
Personal Specification
Must have experience of motivating, leading, and developing a team
A valid driving license is required. Must be flexible and able to cover shifts across our Cromwell branches.
Strong administration and organisation skills
Reception or Client Care experience
Cash handling and till operation
Previous experience of working in a veterinary/doctors surgery (Desirable)
IT skills – confident in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum.
