Job Title: Lead Veterinary Surgeon
Location: Victoria Vets, Glossop
Hours: 4 days, shifts between 8am-7.30 pm, Sat, rota 1:6 (9-1 pm)

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

The team
We have a supportive team culture where we value collaboration, open communication, and looking out for each other. You will work alongside a dedicated, friendly team with a range of experience, who value collaboration and mentorship.
The team consists of 8 vets, 10 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 PCA and 9 Client care associates across 2 branches supporting our wonderful practice.
We have digital x-ray, dental x-ray, an in-house laboratory suite, and have recently upgraded our ultrasound and endoscopy equipment.
What we’re looking for
A confident individual who can provide clinical leadership and support the veterinary team, promoting high standards or care and client services
Help drive clinical governance and ensure compliance with practice protocols.
Collaborate with the Clinical Director on rota planning, team wellbeing, and operational movements.
Someone who enjoys supporting others, building team culture and leading with empathy and clarity.
Clinical decision-making abilities, able to interpret diagnostics and make informed decisions. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
A confident, collaborative attitude that helps maintain a positive team culture and excellent client care relationship.
