As Kentdale Referrals continues to grow we are excited to announce that we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be a part of Kentdale Referrals team!

Kentdale Referrals is situated on the outskirts of the beautiful market town location of Milnthorpe, south of Kendal in Cumbria. There is no public transport links however, so driving is essential. Working with a close team you will have the opportunity to create new connections in a stunning location.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working alongside and managing a team to support the business functions. You will have the ability to create an innovative plan and determination to accomplish goals. In this role you will be on the Senior Leadership Team supporting the Hospital Director with projects and reporting administrative tasks.

Your role is paramount in supporting co-ordinate transition to the new hospital. Experience in the following areas is essential for this role.

  • Line manager experience
  • Supporting with payroll and people processes
  • Stock control, procurement of equipment and capex management
  • PMS management and maintenance
  • Health & Safety and facilities management.

This role is site based and will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm. There will also be the requirement to be available on weekends and out of hours from time to time when needed to support the business, this however will be with notice and is on the basis that you will get this time back within the week.
