Job Title: Client Care Administrator

Location:  Davies Vets

Job Type: Fixed Term, part-time

Hours: 15 hours per week Monday and Friday, plus Sunday shifts on a rota basis

We are looking for a Part Time Client Care Administrator to join our fantastic Client Care team on a Fixed term contract, to help meet the growing business demand. As the first point of contact, our Client Care team are a vital part of our client relationships and experience.

As a Client Care Administrator, you will have varied responsibilities so that every day will be different. Greeting clients and their pets, talking to veterinary practices, arranging appointments, helping clients who call us are just some of the things that you will be involved in.

You will need to have previous experience in a fast-paced environment dealing face-to-face with clients (who may be worried or upset and need reassurance) and be confident with telephone work.

Previous experience within a veterinary or healthcare environment is essential. You must be passionate about pets, work to high standards and be a great team member. We are busy, so you need to enjoy working in a demanding environment whilst still being sympathetic, caring and professional.

Specific experiences/qualifications/status/citizenship requirements

You must fulfil the following requirements:

  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Maintain a professional and caring approach in all aspects of your work
  • Provide evidence of your Right to Work in the UK
  • Competent in use of Microsoft office and clinical systems for email, producing letters and report, recording accurate patient records, etc.
