We are a well-established, RCVS accredited, small animal primary care practice that covers the locations of London, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. Alongside all our primary care services we also have four 24-hour continuous care hospital made up of our highly certified specialists and general practice staff to ensure the highest form of veterinary care for the benefits of pets and clients alike.
Your role and responsibilities
Village Vet has a new Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) position available to join our hospital in St Albans, Hertfordshire - in an area boasting great countryside and unparalleled access to London.
You will be working as part of an experienced and talented clinical team delivering the highest possible client and patient care. This interesting and rewarding role will allow you to nurse to your full potential with a perfect balance of medical and surgial nursing.
Our purpose-built hospital is very well equipped with full digital diagnostic facilities, laboratory, full operating theatres, separate dog and cat wards and ample parking on site. We have 24hr patient care in our facilities awarded ‘Hospital and Emergency Centre’ status under the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme which ensures excellent case continuty.

Full time day shifts (there is opportunity to take part on the night rota, if ECC nursing is of interest)
42 hr/wk, Monday to Friday and including Saturdays (1:4)
Share of Sundays (1:9) - paid additionally
