We are a veterinary clinic and referral multi-disciplinary practice that offers the highest care services for small animals. With our primary care and 24-hour emergency services, we care for pets from all over the south as well animals in our local community. We believe excellence is at the heart of both clinical standards and customer service to make sure our patients have the best quality care.

 

Your role and responsibilities

Join our fantastic team Nursing team in our multi-disciplinary practice based in Swindon.  We are a progressive, close knit and supportive team.

Primary Care Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) are highly valued members of the team who take part in consulting, patient care and procedures. Join our supportive and collaborative team working within a highly equipped setting with exposure to advanced nursing and referral cases.

We benefit from having our own dedicated night team so this position requires no out of hours (OOH) cover and we can offer an excellent weekend rota of 1:8.

You will be welcomed into a team of skilled and encouraging nurses, clinicians, residents, interns, support staff, and physiotherapists. Personal development and professional progression is supported, encouraged and celebrated.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated, caring and experienced with a passion for providing the very best inpatient care.  As part of Linnaeus, when you work within one of our Primary Care Practices you have access to over 150hours of pre recorded CPD delivered by our expert clinicians and nurses. All of our nurses receive a robust induction to help you thrive in your new role. On top of this, you will have access to modular courses on a variety of topics including our AVA accredited anaesthesia and analgesia modular course.
