About us
Curious about what it's like working at our Teddington branch? Let our Clinical Nursing Manager, Jessica Harding, give you a glimpse into life at Vet4Life.
"I used to be the Lead Nurse at Vet4Life, but then I was promoted to Clinical Nursing Manager. The experience was amazing, and I was making a difference in my field. This role helped me grow as a Nurse, a leader, and as a person. Now, I oversee the Nursing Leads at all three Vet4Life branches, which is a challenging but fulfilling responsibility.
Most of us in the nursing profession believe that our career path ends with the Head Nurse (Lead Nurse) role. However, our nursing framework at Linnaeus enables us to surpass even that position. There are regional nursing manager roles, director of nursing positions, and nursing development opportunities available within the central team. It's inspiring to see where my career could take me and yours too!
At Vet4Life, we prioritise our team's well-being and culture. We are a close-knit family that genuinely cares about and supports each other. We regularly catch up over cake and coffee and check how everyone is doing. We believe a happy working environment is crucial, and we are excited to welcome new members to our team.
Working at Vet4Life is more than just a job – it feels like home. Our culture is at the forefront of everything we do, and we guarantee that you will experience the joy and support of being part of our team. If you ever consider changing positions, our culture would be the number one deciding factor. Relationships are vital to a happy life, and we believe that Vet4Life is where you will find them."
Vet4Life is a small animal primary care practice with three locations across Southwest London and Surrey. Our goal is to offer the highest quality veterinary care in the area, focusing on community-based services where pets and their owners are a top priority. Our dedicated veterinary professionals utilise state-of-the-art equipment to provide individualised care with compassion, empathy, and attention to detail.
Our Teddington practice was the first of our three clinics to be established. It's located on the charming Teddington high street, within a short stroll of Teddington Lock and a stone's throw away from Bushy Park.
Currently, the clinic boasts a team of three Vets, four Nurses, and two Client Care Assistants.
Our team members frequently rotate through our three clinics, which fosters a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork. This, combined with our collective experience, enables us to provide the highest standard of care for pets.
