Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon

Location: Village Vet, St Albans, Hertfordshire

Hours: 42 hours per week over 4 days, 1:3 Saturdays, 1:12 Sundays, and 1 Bank Holiday per year

Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum (D.O.E)

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our fantastic team at Village Vet St Albans, Potters Bar and Berkhamsted sites, part of our progressive and forward-thinking Village Vet group. We have a large clint base, consultations are by appointment only, with a minimum of 15 minutes per patient to ensure tailored, thorough care.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a UK small animal practice
• Confident with routine surgery and consultations
• Strong teamwork, communication, and client-care skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, contextualised patient care
• Flexibility to assist at other Village Vet practices in Hertfordshire when required
