Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon
Location: Village Vet, Kensal Green and Queens Park, London
Hours: 42 hours per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays (consulting only) – with the following Friday off for a long weekend
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (D.O.E)
We are looking for an engaged and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team across our two neighbourhood clinics in West London.
You’ll provide excellent, kind, and personal clinical care to the pets of Kensal Green and Queens Park, working alongside experienced RVNs, a dedicated Client Care team, and under the mentorship of our Lead Vet based at Queens Park.
This is a split role combining both consulting and surgical shifts, offering you a great balance of variety and clinical experience. Our days are structured to include time for admin, follow-ups, and breaks – ensuring you can focus on providing the best care without feeling rushed.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a UK small animal practice
- Confident with routine surgery and consultations
- Strong teamwork, communication, and client-care skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, contextualised patient care
