A renowned animal hospital in Surrey has appointed a new client care manager who has a passion for horses.
Vikki Winzar has joined Linnaeus-owned North Downs Specialist Referrals (NDSR) near Bletchingley having previously worked at fellow Linnaeus practice Sandhole Veterinary Centre in Kent for 16 years.
She is most looking forward to getting to know the team and making further positive improvements to benefit the team at NDSR, its patients and clients.
Vikki said: “I want to provide the best customer experience and be outstanding in this field. I will listen to what the clients want and need, plus keep the teams engaged so they continue to be valued and happy.”
In her new role, Vikki will manage the NDSR reception, bookings, insurance and accounts teams, while also delivering a high standard of customer care.
Additionally, Vikki will define, develop, implement and communicate NDSR’s client service standards to ensure the very best service.
Gerry Polton, hospital director at NDSR, said: “Vikki is such a positive influence for our team and hospital and I’m certain that pet owners will benefit from her vast experience.”
Outside of work, Vikki is a keen horse person, having owned and trained her own horses since she was four years old. She also enjoys walking with her chocolate labrador Syd and spending time with her children.
