Linnaeus is committed to the health and safety of all Associates and have dedicated safety champions in all primary care and safety leads in referral practices, each supported by our team of regional, expert Health & Safety advisors.



Our integration team work alongside the acquisition department and supported by a workstream made up of all the central support teams from the beginning. The new practices joining the Linnaeus family will have an integration relationship manager, who remains in place to provide on hand support and guidance and develop a tailored integration plan for the new team.


Our business is enabled by a highly professional digital services team and an ecosystem of trusted partners. Together we ensure client data is safe & secure, leading-edge business systems and technology is accessible and optimized for all Associates to leverage nation-wide.


The Marketing team leads our practices with content creation and delivery of strategies to support and delight our clients. The team is made up of subject matter experts (including in-house digital, design, events, communications, customer experience and brand teams) and generalists who business partner with other functions across the organisation to deliver a collaborative approach to online and offline marketing.


Our procurement department works to ensure our practices receive good quality products and services from our preferred suppliers. Procurement ensures value for money and protect the business and Associates from risks in dealing with third party suppliers.

People and Organisation

The People and Organisation team deliver our people plans, with expert guidance on how to attract, engage and retain top talent. Our dedicated HR Business Partners will get to know each of our practices: the team and the culture, and guide them on developing people strategies for onboarding, well-being and learning and development.



The strategy function ensures that the Linnaeus long term plan is well structured, clearly articulated, and effective in delivering our purpose. Our Project Management Office (PMO) team ensure that the Linnaeus objectives are achieved through effectively run projects. The strategy function also includes our business intelligence team who provide insightful, easily accessible data reporting and advanced analytics capability across the Linnaeus family.
