Hear from Annie Mulligan, Vet Surgeon, about what it's like to work at 608 Vets.

"As a 2020 New Graduate, I started my veterinary career at 608 Vet Practice. I couldn't have asked for a better start to my career as a Veterinary Surgeon. Over the last two years, my exposure to case workups has been phenomenal. I have been supported with both medical and surgical cases. A weekly all vet meeting gives you the opportunity to discuss interesting or difficult cases and develop an understanding of the variety of ways to approach a case. Alongside this, I have been given impeccable in house clinical and pastoral mentorship. I have been fortunate enough to have protected time with my mentor to discuss cases, develop protocols or air any concerns I may have.

608 have allowed me to nurture and develop skills that mean I feel capable dealing with a variety of emergency cases. Running our own out of hours with our dedicated night team allows for thorough case work up and exposure to a vast array of exciting cases.

I would highly recommend 608 Vet Practice to anyone wanting to work in a busy, fast paced hospital with excellent case exposure, whilst working alongside a supportive, knowledgeable, and experienced team."
