Cinque Ports Vets, founded in the 1930s, is a well-equipped, multi-site, small animal primary care practice servicing the Kent and Sussex area. The branch at Rye has ample parking facilities and also offers an ambulance service for transporting vets between branches and to our main hospital which is also a VetsNow site.
 
The Cinque Ports team is friendly and dedicated to pet wellbeing. Cinque Ports Vets provides routine primary care services, emergency care 24-hours a day, 365 days a year providing continuity in cases and patient care.  We offer keyhole surgery, laser therapy and acupuncture treatments.

The village of Rye in East Sussex was originally a fishing town and then part of Normandy and steeped in history.  It provides a feeling of seclusion but is easily accessible by road, rail or sea if you wish.  The local harbour is a nature reserve and you can enjoy a taste of coastal life whilst still being connected to London and further afield with ease.

 

Your role and responsibilities 

Are you looking to join an experienced team, along with a rota that allows a good work-life balance?

Would you like the ability to work cases up to a high standard with a busy caseload?

Rota:

  • 4 day week with a 1:4 Saturday rota
  • Full-time and part-time applications considered
  • No Out of Hours (OOH) rota
  • Some sole charge may be required within this role

We are seeking a Vet to join our Rye branch in East Sussex which boasts great facilities including two theatres, laparoscopy, ultrasound and x-ray. We are a well-equipped branch with a fantastic team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVN’s) and practice support Associates. You will be supporting our local community who rely on this RCVS accredited branch for the upkeep of their pet's well-being.
