Job Title: Client Care Associate (Veterinary Receptionist)
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Location: St Clair Veterinary Group, Kirkcaldy
Job Type: Permanent, Part-time
Hours: 18 Hours per week

If so, we would love you to join our fantastic team as our new Client Care Associate!
The role provides valuable experience and an ideal chance to work alongside a talented team.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Greet and receive clients and their pets on arrival and then monitor and manage waiting times.
Scheduling all appointments efficiently, ensuring a flexible and polite approach in meeting the client’s needs.
Counsel clients concerning available products and also basic pre and post-operative care where appropriate and promote sales where appropriate.
Deal with requests for help from vets wherever possible.
Deal with client complaints according to the practice complaints procedure and escalate to the appropriate person where necessary.
Handle any complaint tactfully and pleasantly, ascertaining the problem and approaching the appropriate vet, nurse or manager, if necessary, to discuss the issue quietly and resolve for the client.
Support Insurance Claim procedures.
Debt Management - Phone clients to ensure bills are paid on time.
Required Skills and Experience
Previous Customer facing experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly motivated to provide excellent service to clients and the practice
Excellent administration, organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent IT skills – Microsoft (Outlook, Word and Excel).
