REGISTERED VETERINARY NURSE – CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER
Salary: Starting from £38,000 depending on skills and experience held

Village Vet Winchmore Hill have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the Senior Leadership team and help the practice step into 2024
Applicants should have at least 2-3 years practice experience post registration and minimum one-year previous line manager experience. Clinical Coach experience would be an advantage.
Village Vet Winchmore Hill (part of Linnaeus) is a well-established small animal practice, in North London, conveniently located between Winchmore Hill, Palmers Green and Enfield. Our clinicians bring a a wealth of experience and specialist skills and a typical day sees an interesting and varied caseload, including routine surgery, orthopedic, dentistry, emergency surgery, and a variety of medical cases.
Your role and responsibilities
We thrive to exceed expectations by providing expert care for our clients and their pets as we dedicate our time to look after them and keep them healthy.
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be an advocate for veterinary nursing. Leading from the front, creating a culture of continuous improvement, clinical excellence, and development. You will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the practice while providing outstanding patient and client care.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will support provision of, strategic, professional, and operational leadership for the nursing team and provide a nursing voice at senior leadership level
