• Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic RVN to join our team as a Lead RVN.

In this role you will be a key member of the nurse leadership team, working collaboratively with your Team and the senior leadership team - Practice manager (PM) and Clinical Director (CD), to passionately deliver quality patient care, and unrivaled client experience through teamwork, clear communication and utilisation of your knowledge and skills.

You will ensure that patients are managed effectively from a nursing perspective to support the financial health of the practice.

You will provide direct line management to allocated members of the nursing team.

Located in the heart of Kidderminster within walking distance of the town, this purpose designed 4000 sq ft site comprises of separate cat and dog waiting areas and wards, isolation facilities, 5 consulting rooms, bereavement room, two theatres, dental suite, imaging room and associate rest room. The practice will be well equipped with the usual in-house diagnostic and surgical kit.  

 

You will be warmly welcomed into our team and will be joining other key start-up associates to build and drive the practice performance while providing support to each other. Along with an enthusiastic and fun team with high clinical standards, our aim is to provide the best possible medical and surgical veterinary care for our patients in a pleasant, friendly environment - Making a Better World for Pets.
