Salary: £24,856.00 (full-time equivalent)

Hours: 34 hours per week, share of a Saturday rota to be discussed at interview

Cinque Ports Vets are looking for a pro-active, empathetic person to lead their fantastic Client Care team!
 

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced, pro-active person to join our friendly team as a client care lead!
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive client care experience, and preferably leadership duties,

We are looking for someone that is able to lead by example to promote positive, open communication across all teams and go above and beyond for our clients.
This role will require extensive communication with clients, staff, the wider team and other businesses by telephone, face-to-face, email and possibly some good, old-fashioned letter writing, so you must be confident and competent across all.

Other duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Working closely with senior managers in the clinical, marketing, financial and human resources teams to deliver and promote practice objectives.
  • Lead and encourage outstanding client and pet care from all team members
  • Financial reconciliation, debt control
  • Help with management of TOIL, absences and holiday requests/cover
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Aid in induction and training of staff
  • Client complaints and feedback response
  • Appropriate management of consultation and surgical diary
  • To ensure that strategic objectives, as set by the clinical directors, are delivered, with adherence to budget figures.
