A state-of-the-art veterinary practice in the Midlands has invested almost £40,000 to upgrade its imaging facilities for pets.
The Linnaeus-owned Woodward Veterinary Practice in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, has installed a hi-tech CDSR Small Animal DR system supplied by leading imaging company Veterinary X-rays.
Woodward’s lead vet James Alexander said the new equipment would further boost the top-quality service it provides to its patients across North Leicestershire and South Derbyshire.
James said: “This new x-ray system is regarded as the pinnacle of small animal imaging systems, with features that no other system offers.
“It really is in a class of its own and will enable us to gain far better and far quicker images of soft tissue and bone to help us diagnose injuries and illness and determine the best course of treatments.
